上次回診時中國的醫師特別跟我解釋病碼，他確診是憂鬱症而非躁鬱症，因為自從6月份因為藥物有過輕躁後，當時立刻停掉prozac改吃depakine，情緒就立刻被壓下來，之後便一直走下坡。醫師解釋通常躁鬱症，即便停掉抗鬱劑之後，情緒還是會持續HIGH一陣子，但我是立刻被壓下來。所以他只在6.7月份診斷寫躁鬱症，後來都寫296.32與293.83。而且甚至在8月份有過無法下床、全身癱軟無力的重鬱期，那是之前完全沒有的嚴重情況。也就是說，我對於任何抗鬱劑的使用應無任何禁忌。但他認為Zoloft加Lamital是ok的，至於Abilify我主述亦有讓狀況好點，所以也繼續使用。決定一週後增加Zoloft到一天兩顆，先調整抗鬱劑，其他先不動。
